Chris A. Castillo is the owner of CPA Advantage Realty, LLC, Pinnacle One Lending, LLC and Lavish Interiors, LLC dba Staging Furniture.
Chris is a graduate of ASU with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Accountancy. After college, he spent 5 years as an auditor for Deloitte and Touche, LLP. He has earned his Real Estate Broker’s license and also is a Certified Public Accountant.
With his broad background, Chris continues to develop and implement new technologies, thereby utilizing his knowledge of the industry to help his clients achieve their property goals.
Chris specializes in the sale of distressed properties, most notably, luxury REO’s and short sales, across the Phoenix Metroplex. I graduated from Arizona State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. I currently hold an active Associate Broker license and served as the Designated Broker of CPA Advantage Realty, LLC for over two years with direct responsibility for approximately 40 real estate licensees. My original real estate license was obtained in 2001. In addition to my real estate experience, I am currently licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Arizona. I am a former State of Arizona auditor for the Office of the Auditor General and Asset Manager for the Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services.

Stephen Harris is a licensed real estate agent and loan officer in the state of Arizona who focuses on Phoenix and the surrounding areas. Stephen is a skilled negotiator with over 12 years of experience in finance and negotiations, and deals with clients and lenders on a daily basis.

Stacy is a proud SunDevil graduate of ASU with a degree in Marketing. Although she is currently a Realtor, Stacy spent over the last decade teaching middle school and elementary students while raising her two children. Having lived in Texas, Arizona, and Colorado, she recognizes the wonderful opportunities for year-round outdoor activities that Arizona offers. Lynn is originally from Vietnam. She served in the US Army, earned a BA in Economics from UC-Berkeley, worked in the computer industry and as a high school teacher. She earned her real estate agent license in the state of Arizona in 2012. Lynn has resided in the Metro Phoenix area since 2001 and seen the area develop and expand. This helps her to better serve her clients. Lynn is a professional who takes the time to listen to her clients to find out their wants and needs in a new home. Earl Feddick was born and raised in Bay City, Michigan. He attended Northwood University and received an Associates Degree in Business Management. Hearing nothing but great things about growth and weather in Arizona, he attended Arizona State University where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business administration.
Recognizing the great potential of Arizona, he moved there permanently. He became a Real Estate Appraiser in 1981, and founded. Feddick & Associates Appraisal Company in 1984. With over 31 years of experience in estimating the fair market value of over 12,000 residences throughout Maricopa County..
In 2013, he decided to apply his skills and knowledge to become an Real Estate Agent. Over 90% of real estate transactions require the use a loan. That typically will require an appraisal. Lenders don’t make loans based on the sale price, they make it on appraised value. Earl will use his experience and talents to determine an optimum listing price taking this factor into consideration. his will save marketing time and produce less stress wondering if the property will appraise.
